1. Open AbleTracer.

2. Click the "Load raster" button.


3. Choose a raster file for opening.


4. Loaded raster file.


5. Click the "Options" button.


6. Select recognition method.


7. Select recognition options.


8. Click the "Recognition" button.


9. End of recognition.


10. Click the "save vector" button.


11. Choose a name of DXF file.


12. Open DXF file in AutoCAD.

AbleTracer can be installed on old and modern Windows version: 9x/Me/NT/2K/XP/Vista/Win7. AbleTracer has minimal requirements: Pentium-100 and 32MB RAM.

Frequently asked questions

Q: What programming language and database is this program written in? I would not want to load any dll's or runtimes that are not well behaved in my system.
A: The program is written on C++ and consists of one EXE-file. It does not require additional modules and DLLs.

Q: I though that I would receive the latest upgrade with the purchase of AbleTracer 3.12. I am using your program since purchased with good time savings. I am looking forward to the latest.
